Full Private Chef
This is our customizable luxury service option. You can relax knowing that every detail is taken care of. Includes: Consultation with chef if needed, private chef on site cooking. We provide a server on parties of 5 or more, along with a customized meal up to 4 courses, all cooking, clean up, and provisioning. Meals can be fully plated or served family style to suite your needs

Adventure Dining
This is our hands on cooking class and dinner. Great for entertaining and gives your guests a fun night in! We come to the house prepared to teach. Your guests can get their hands dirty with making fun and new recipes. Or you can sit back and enjoy a meal that’s made in front of you with recipes you can take home and prepare at a later date. We bring the restaurant to you with options and quality you won’t find any where else on island. This family style feast includes: choice of items below or create your own, consultation with chef, chef on site, server for parties of 10 or more, all cooking, clean up and provisioning.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
An 18% service fee is added to all services
For all services we require $50 per meal to hold the dates requested.
For Chef on site services:
A 50% deposit is required 1 week prior to the first event and remaining balance is due on the first day of service.
For Drop off services:
The remaining balance is due in full 7 days prior to delivery.
Cancelations:
Notices of cancellations must be received in writing via email. All deposits are non-refundable and by default are forfeited upon cancellation for any reason, including covid-19 virus concerns/guest(s) personal health status or concerns; but if an event with another client with a total event cost of equal or larger is successfully scheduled to replace your canceled event, your deposit can be retained and kept on file for your use on a future event. For this reason, as much notice as possible will hopefully increase the chances of your deposit being retained for use on a future event. Cancellations received 7 days or less in advance of the event deposits are automatically forfeited in full, as it is almost impossible to replace your event with this little notice, and many other inquiries have been sent away due to a full calendar night booked. Should a replacement event not be booked, your deposit will be forfeited to reimburse Island Edge Culinary and their contract chefs for an empty night on the calendar, which is a significant loss of income.
A rush service fee will be applied to all orders placed within 1 week of the event.
Delivery fees may apply based on distance from east end of St Thomas.
