How We Do Cooking Classes
Currently, we offer cooking classes in your kitchen . In the future, we will have a space where we can offer more group classes
We bring the food, the drinks, and the entertainment; all while you learn to cook! These are hands on cooking classes that are great for entertaining friends and family.
Learn to make pizza, how to roll sushi, what goes in hollandaise! We custom create an evening of getting your hands dirty and creating great food all while having some drinks with friends.
Below are some favorite sample options but we can also create any event you want!
These classes are designed to be hands on.

Build Your Own Pizza
This is our most popular event! We bring our signature NY style pizza dough, sauce, cheese and just about any topping you could want. Is there a topping you have to have? We always try to procure any specialty item.*
While the pizza stones are heating in your oven, we walk you and your guests through how to make a killer pizza. With plenty of beer and wine everyone is bound to have fun cooking!* When the class is over we do the cleaning and send everyone home with recipes!

Caribbean Cuisine
We bring you the best the islands have to offer. You’ll learn some history of the food and why Johnny cakes are so great. From local fruit to soups and seafood, we will show you how to cook like a pro.
It wouldn’t be a Caribbean night without our delicious signature rum punch!*

Sushi Rolling
Ever wanted to make sushi at home? It’s easier than you think and we can help you learn to make sushi that tastes and looks amazing!
We source amazing fresh local fish as well as bringing options for folks who are not fans of raw fish.
We start with appetizers and we bring Saké punch for all to enjoy while we get setup.* Then we start rolling and eating! Sharing of creations is always encouraged.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
An 18% service fee is added to all services
For all services we require $50 per meal to hold the dates requested.
For Chef on site services:
A 50% deposit is required 1 week prior to the first event and remaining balance is due on the first day of service.
For Drop off services:
The remaining balance is due in full 7 days prior to delivery.
Cancelations:
Notices of cancellations must be received in writing via email. All deposits are non-refundable and by default are forfeited upon cancellation for any reason, including covid-19 virus concerns/guest(s) personal health status or concerns; but if an event with another client with a total event cost of equal or larger is successfully scheduled to replace your canceled event, your deposit can be retained and kept on file for your use on a future event. For this reason, as much notice as possible will hopefully increase the chances of your deposit being retained for use on a future event. Cancellations received 7 days or less in advance of the event deposits are automatically forfeited in full, as it is almost impossible to replace your event with this little notice, and many other inquiries have been sent away due to a full calendar night booked. Should a replacement event not be booked, your deposit will be forfeited to reimburse Island Edge Culinary and their contract chefs for an empty night on the calendar, which is a significant loss of income.
A rush service fee will be applied to all orders placed within 1 week of the event.
Delivery fees may apply based on distance from east end of St Thomas.
*Standard bar does not include fine wines and premium liquors or excessive alcohol consumption
